Friskis & Svetti's presence in Zoologen is naturally linked to the life science content of the house. Here, laboratory-based companies and research actors will establish themselves, making the link between physical activity, public health and science clear. In addition, Friskis & Svettis will have the opportunity to collaborate with research at the University of Gothenburg on, among other things, public health and sports injuries.

Occupancy in Zoologen is planned to start in the autumn of 2026 and Friskis & Svettis plans to open its operations in connection with this.
